Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We want every order from Oils & Aroma to reach you in perfect condition. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order:

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following case:
• The product was damaged during shipping/transit
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or any other reason outside of transit damage.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
• Record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package — this is mandatory
• Take photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos as evidence
Returns raised without an unboxing video and photographic evidence will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
Email us at contact.oilsandaroma@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7979922724 with:
• Your order number
• Description of the damage
• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
4. Refunds
Once a return is approved and the damaged product is received back by us, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the source account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when raising a return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (except in case of transit damage)
• Products returned without prior authorisation
• Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Returns without supporting unboxing video and photographic evidence
