We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Order Processing Time
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days across India. But sometime it might take upto 12 days for some of the cities to get delivered. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public disruptions.
3. Shipping Coverage
We ship Pan India. Remote locations or areas with limited courier access may take additional time.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed on the website.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact.oilsandaroma@gmail.com.
6. Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to prevent leakage and damage during transit. We use sealed, secure packaging appropriate for liquid aroma products.
7. Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Oils & Aroma is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or factors outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if a delay is anticipated.
